What is the process?

We set up an initial meeting with you to determine your needs and search criteria (qualifications sought, experience, diplomas, qualities, salary, etc.).

We carry out a feasibility study of your research.

Our headhunters begin research directly on the market and from our bank of candidates.

We select the best candidates in order to present you only the one with more than 80% of the search criteria.

Following your selection and interviews, the candidate is tested in your company.

If you are satisfied, we set up an employment contract between the employee and you. (Optional)

Official integration of the employee into his new workplace.

How long does the search take?

Depending on the position you want to fill, the time it takes to find the ideal person for you may differ.

The terms you offer, the current economic situation and the nature of your business will all have a direct impact on the timeframe we will need to fill your mandate.

What are the prices for this service?

Unlike the majority of agencies that charge a fixed fee for this service, regardless of the position sought, we offer a rate adapted to the candidate sought. This way, we will then be able to offer a more affordable rate for non-responsible positions in your company.

Calculated according to the salary offered to the candidate sought, our one-time fee will be divided into 2 installments: a deposit and a balance.

This way, you won’t have to pay the whole fee without having someone in charge!

What are the guarantees ?

When placing via the headhunting service, Staff Renter provides you with a 3-month replacement guarantee. Thus, if the current candidate leaves during this period, we will find a replacement for you at no additional cost.

Note that we also always offer the possibility of extending the replacement warranty.
