CONSENT TO TAKE REFERENCES
I authorize STAFF RENTER or its representative companies, when duly requested to act by STAFF RENTER, as part of the examination of my application, to communicate with my former employers, with my current employer, or with all the people mentioned by me as references, in order to obtain the information necessary to evaluate my current and future application. Likewise, I authorize my former employers, my current employer and all persons mentioned in the references, to communicate to STAFF RENTER or its agent companies the information necessary for the evaluation of my application. I accept that STAFF RENTER or its agent companies carry out all the checks it deems appropriate on me. In particular, but without limiting the foregoing, TENANT personnel may conduct credit, employment, security and criminal background checks. I also undertake to provide all personal information that could be useful for the purposes of these verifications. This consent is valid for the duration necessary to study my current and future application and, if I am hired, for the duration of my employment; in the event of termination of employment, the consent will only be valid for the duration of any dispute arising from the termination thereof.

ACCEPTANCE OF REFERENCES
I am aware that the file that will be created on my application will be accessible to all people in the company involved in the hiring process. It will then be kept in the company's candidate bank according to the required security standards for five years, unless I request its destruction in writing. I hereby authorize Staff Renter to contact the individuals named above to obtain evaluations of my performance and opinions on my work at each of these locations.
