WAIVER OF INCREASED OVERTIME
We offer you a waiver so that you, as a self-employed person, can bill overtime at the agreed regular rate, without markup. This waiver does not require you to work overtime, but it will allow you to be fairly compensated at the regular rate if you choose to do so.
Note that acceptance of this waiver constitutes a legal agreement between you and Staff Renter. We therefore ask you to read this condition and accept it so that we can attach it to your file as proof on your part.
By signing this document, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms of the waiver offered by Staff Renter regarding overtime billing. I agree not to charge a premium for hours worked beyond 40 hours per week, and I understand that this waiver constitutes a legal agreement between me and Staff Renter.
I also acknowledge that I am not obligated to work overtime, but if I choose to do so, I will be fairly compensated at the agreed regular rate.
Finally, I confirm that I have read and understood the introductory text provided by Staff Renter and I accept its terms.
I also acknowledge that I am bound by the terms and conditions previously agreed to with Staff Renter, which continue to apply in addition to this waiver.I also certify that accepting the terms electronically has the same status and scope as a manual signature on my part.
