We take this information in order to issue T4A at the end of each year
not T4 or R1 but T4A

We are not required to produce T4A if its below $ 500 of invoice received by self-employed workers.
These documents will be sent to you after the end of each calendar year but before February 28 of each calendar year
The method of sending will be by e-mail that you have in your intranet.
