I undertake to carefully read the contractual form of the mandate to which I am applying. I confirm that the hourly rate that I will be able to invoice Staff Renter as well as the official start and end dates are indeed indicated in the official mandate sheet and that I have checked their conformity.

I agree to have understood the legal status of self-employed worker that will be assigned to me when providing my services, and the resulting tax implications. I understand that Staff Renter will not make any withholding tax on any payment made to me and that it is my responsibility to take care of it. I also understand that I could not benefit from conditions reserved for people with employee status (ex: increased overtime, increased holidays, etc.)

I agree to read any explanatory document related to the mandate and to seek further information from a Staff Renter agent in the event of doubt or misunderstanding. I undertake to have the necessary skills to carry out this mandate to which I am applying. I also agree to travel to the site of the contract on the agreed date, with all the items required (eg uniforms, work tools) to perform my contract in due form.

I understand that I represent the image of Staff Renter and that I will adopt exemplary behavior at all times. I understand that Staff Renter or its client may terminate my contract at any time, without financial compensation. I agree to respect the customer's installations, and I understand that I am responsible for any breakage or improper or non-compliant use.

I understand that I am responsible for confirming my MAXIMUM hours on Monday for the previous week. I understand that the number of hours that I confirm must be exact and must absolutely have been approved by the client or one of his managers on site and that any incorrect total hours may result in incorrect payments. I understand that I am responsible for billing my weeks and that a delay of 14 working days will be calculated to receive my payment. I understand that a delay in billing my weeks will result in a delay in issuing payment for my bill and that Staff Renter will not be able to make an exception.

I understand that any reimbursement, bonus or monetary benefit (ex: transport costs, bonus, etc.) will be paid to me with the last week of work carried out on the mandate and that they are conditional on the total satisfaction of the client and/or by Staff Renter.

I agree not to disclose any confidential information, (for example, but not limited to: the negotiated hourly rate that will be paid to me for the provision of my services, the reimbursement of transport costs or any bonus, etc.), to any third party. I understand that I could be held legally responsible if monetary losses are incurred at Staff Renter because of the breach of this clause. I also undertake to respect the non-solicitation clauses and not to divert any candidate or client from the services of Staff Renter

I finally understand that Staff Renter may withhold any payment due if any clause is not respected, under this agreement.

I hereby, by submitting my application, also agree to accept the conditions set out under the Personal Information Act (ACT 25).
