• I commit to carefully reviewing the contractual document related to the assignment I am applying for.
• I confirm that the following elements are clearly stated and compliant:
  • The agreed hourly rate, which I will be able to invoice to Staff Renter.
  • The official start and end dates of the assignment.

I commit to complying with the terms and conditions of use accepted during my registration on the Staff Renter platform.

• I acknowledge that my legal status is that of a self-employed worker.
• I understand that Staff Renter does not withhold any source deductions from my payments (e.g., taxes, contributions to the Quebec Pension Plan, etc.) and that I am responsible for:
  • Managing my tax obligations (including GST/HST and income tax).
  • Registering for the necessary tax regimes if I exceed the thresholds set by law.
• I understand that I do not benefit from employee-related advantages, such as paid leave, overtime pay, or statutory holidays.

I commit to:

• Possessing the necessary skills to complete the assignment.
• Arriving at the contract location on the scheduled date with all required equipment (e.g., uniforms, tools).

• I understand that I represent the image of Staff Renter and commit to maintaining professional behavior.
• I acknowledge that Staff Renter or its client may terminate the contract without financial compensation if expectations are not met.
• I am responsible for any damage or improper use of the client's facilities.

• I am responsible for confirming my hours no later than the Monday following the completed week on the billing system.
• The confirmed hours must be accurate and validated by the client or a supervisor. Any inaccuracies may result in incorrect payments.
• I take responsibility for invoicing my services in a timely manner.
  • The payment processing time is 14 business days after the invoice is received.
  • In the event of delays in my invoicing, I understand that the payment will also be delayed.

• Any monetary benefit (e.g., transportation expenses, bonuses) will be paid during the last week of work, subject to the full satisfaction of the client or Staff Renter.

• I commit to not disclosing confidential information, such as:
  • My hourly rate.
  • Financial terms or any other negotiated benefits.
• I acknowledge that any violation of this clause may result in legal sanctions.
• I also commit to adhering to non-solicitation clauses by refraining from diverting clients or candidates from Staff Renter.

• I understand that Staff Renter reserves the right to withhold any payment due in the event of non-compliance with the terms of this agreement.

In accordance with Bill 25 on the protection of personal information in Quebec:

• The information collected (name, email, phone, ID, etc.) will be used exclusively for the processing of your application.
• I consent to Staff Renter sharing this information with its clients as part of the evaluation of my application.
