Cancellation and absence policy on contract
You agree, as a self-employed worker, to honor each contract that you confirm with Staff Renter Agency. You understand that cancellations can cause problems for Staff Renter as well as its clients.
Here is a summary of the agency’s policies:
Absence on confirmed contract (No-show):
the agency has a zero-tolerance policy regarding absences on confirmed contracts. A “no-show” will automatically result in the removal of your access to the Staff Renter system and the suspension of any payment owed to you, until you contact us to provide an explanation.
Cancellation of less than 48 hours:
The agency can accept up to a maximum of 3 contract cancellations with a deadline of less than 48 hours. After that, you understand that you will no longer have access to Staff Renter contracts.
Cancellation of more than 48 hours:
the agency can accept up to a maximum of 5 contract cancellations with a delay of more than 48 hours. After that, you understand that you will no longer have access to Staff Renter contracts.
Staff Renter is not responsible for customer cancellations and will not offer you any compensation in this regard.
