Cancellation and No-Show Policy

As a self-employed worker, you are responsible for honoring every contract you confirm with Staff Renter Agency.
By accepting a contract, you acknowledge that any cancellation or absence may have significant consequences for Staff Renter and its clients.

Summary of the Agency’s Policy:

1. No-Show on a Confirmed Contract

Staff Renter enforces a zero-tolerance policy for unjustified absences on confirmed contracts.
A “no-show” will automatically result in:

  • The immediate suspension of your access to the Staff Renter system.
  • The freezing of any pending payments until you contact the agency to provide an explanation.

2. Cancellations with Less Than 48 Hours’ Notice

  • You are allowed a maximum of 3 cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice.
  • Exceeding this limit will result in your access to Staff Renter contracts being revoked.

3. Cancellations with More Than 48 Hours’ Notice

  • You are allowed a maximum of 5 cancellations with more than 48 hours’ notice.
  • Exceeding this limit will also result in your access to Staff Renter contracts being revoked.
